Responsibilities
- Benefits Review and Benchmarking: 1- Conduct regular assessments of current benefits against industry standards. 2- Prepare reports comparing benefits packages with competitors to identify areas for improvement.
- Implementation and Project Process: 1- Oversee the rollout of new benefits initiatives. 2- Develop project timelines for the Benefits initiative and ensure milestones are met. 3- Lead efforts in medical insurance management. 4- Benefits Digitalization 5- Compliance and Regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits management or related HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and benefits software tools.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
