Job Description – IT Sales Specialist
- Attend initial sales meetings and engage with clients.
- Assess client business needs and determine product suitability.
- Identify necessary software/hardware adaptations.
- Address technical inquiries from clients.
- Present findings to technical teams for action.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT enterprise hardware and software.
- Awareness of current IT industry trends and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction.
- Must have a transferable Iqama.
