Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to drive sales and business development by connecting with potential customers in the KSA market via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Saudi Arabia to promote products/services.
- Identify prospects, generate leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in KSA.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Sales Executive / Telesales Representative (minimum 1–3 years).
- Arabic and English fluency (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Saudi market and culture is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to handle targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
