CCDS is seeking a detail-oriented IT Projects Coordinator for Procurements and After Sales Operation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes related to IT projects, as well as overseeing after-sales operations, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer follow-up. Your proactive approach will ensure the smooth execution of procurement processes and enhance customer satisfaction post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the procurement process for IT projects, including the issuance of purchase orders and tracking of deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of procurement and after-sales activities.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues regarding their orders.
- Collaborate with the finance and project management teams to provide insights on procurement trends and forecasts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and after-sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and after-sales operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, as well as MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and find effective solutions.
