Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance project delivery and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine digital strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the organization.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- disciplines.,
- Minimum 15 years’ of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years’ experience in digital delivery management and BIM Implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects.,
- Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination.,
- Proficient in a range of industry standards BIM authoring and proprietary software applications such as: Revit, Civil 3D, AECOSIM, Navisworks, Rhino 3D, VICO, Cost X, Synchro, BIMTrack, or other similar applications and digital tools.
- Proven experience in VDC/BIM management and implementation for complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CAD software, and GIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
- Experience with digital twin technology and implementation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
