Key Responsibilities:
Supports the smooth running of the In-Room Dining operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and elegant delivery of orders to guest rooms.
Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and prompt response to guest requests.
Delivers on plans and objectives where In-Room Dining initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
Manages the In-Room Dining team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
Responsible for departmental budgets, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, while maintaining productivity and service standards.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and all key stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
Delivers effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
Ensures adherence and compliance to all health, safety, and hygiene legislation, with all due diligence requirements planned, executed, and documented for internal and external audit.
Qualifications
RequirementsProven experience in In-Room Dining / Food & Beverage operations, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.
Commitment to exceptional guest service with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
