We are seeking a results-driven professional to take full ownership of a specialized brand in the HR sector in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on sales, account management, and brand activation. The role involves driving growth across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments, with a main emphasis on B2B and B2C.
This is a dynamic, high-ownership position that blends business development, operational oversight, and strategic relationship-building. The successful candidate will lead market engagement initiatives, approve and manage partnerships, and design impactful marketing programs to grow the brand’s footprint and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and operational activities for the HR sector brand in Saudi Arabia.
- Drive new business in B2B and B2C channels, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Support B2G sales opportunities in coordination with the Business Development team.
- Review and approve potential training centers, partnerships, and affiliations.
- Develop and execute marketing programs such as brand ambassadors, annual events, award ceremonies, and targeted industry media features.
- Manage professional networking and lead generation campaigns, especially via LinkedIn.
- Represent the brand at relevant industry events, forums, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the company’s CRM.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
- Background in HR, training, or education sectors preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong LinkedIn presence and ability to leverage the platform effectively.
- Hunter-type personality with strong drive, initiative, and resilience.
- Based full-time in Riyadh.
