Job Summary
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and governmental entities.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and advance organizational objectives.
- Involve in strategic advocacy, relationship management, and overseeing compliance to drive business growth in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advocacy & Representation: - Act as the spokesperson in high-level governmental discussions. - Represent the company before ministries and regulatory authorities. - Collaborate with authorities to shape government legislations.
- Compliance & Licensing: - Secure critical licenses and permits (e.g., store licenses, FDA approvals). - Monitor and update internal policies to reflect regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong partnerships with ministries and stakeholders. - Enhance brand awareness and facilitate business opportunities.
- Digital Government Affairs Management: - Oversee GOSI, Moqeem, Ministry of Labor & MOFA systems. - Supervise government correspondence system.
- Operational Excellence: - Deliver projects within budget and timeframe. - Document procedures, policies, and decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in government relations or regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and Vision 2030.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or large-scale projects.
- Certification in public policy, government relations, or compliance.
