Content Lead – Project based freelance role
Location: Full-time, on-site at Monshaat Office, Riyadh, KSA
About the Role
The Content Lead will lead the conceptualization and delivery of Biban25, Saudi Arabia’s premier conference on entrepreneurship and innovation. He/She will be the primary client-facing point of contact at Monshaat’s Riyadh office, owning the themes, session frameworks, content strategy, and overall program narrative for the main stage, expecting to engage a total of 100 speakers. The Content Lead will be reporting to the Project Manager at MENA Speakers, and will be liaising directly with Monsha’at team in Riyadh on all program and agenda elements.
Key Responsibilities
· Concept Development: Define and refine the overarching theme and sub-themes for Biban25 in alignment with Monshaat’s strategic goals.
· Content Strategy: Design and build the program based on the agreed upon strategy and methodology.
· Develop Content Themes: Align all content themes with Monsha’at strategic pillars, including SME empowerment, innovation enablement, and international positioning. Design session formats (keynotes, panels, workshops, fireside chats, etc.), draft detailed session briefs, and guide content flow to ensure coherence and impact.
· Session Development: Draft session titles, descriptions and key takeaways in both English and Arabic.
· Client Engagement: Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison with Monshaat stakeholders for everything related to content and agenda — gather requirements, present proposals, and manage feedback loops on-site.
· Speakers Identification: Collaborate with the Speakers Coordinators and external partners to identify, qualify, and shortlist potential speakers; provide input on speaker fit and session alignment. Recommend speakers (Tier A/B/C) , moderators and Emcees as needed. Coordinate with moderators to draft and confirm their questions.
· Speaker Briefing: Attend calls with selected speakers to provide a comprehensive brief on their sessions, topics, key takeaways required and address any questions they have related to the content.
· Quality Assurance: Oversee content reviews, draft speaker session briefing documents, and ensure all session materials meet high professional standards.
· Live-Event: Be on Stand-by for any last minute changes required in the program and agenda flow. Participate in on-site briefing sessions with speakers and moderators when required.
· Reporting: Assist in building the end-of-event report by providing the necessary data, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Ideal candidate must be based in Riyadh and fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English. Must have a valid driving license and their own car for commute. This position is full-time and candidate is expected to attend Monsha’at offices in Riyadh.

Pay: ﷼7,500.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
