Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an Executive Director Package to join our team.
Seasoned senior executive with expertise in Real Estate Development, Investment Management, and Asset Management, with a focus on high-value, multi-asset portfolios across global markets. With a demonstrated a robust track record in managing complex financial structures, optimizing investment strategies, and driving portfolio growth across sectors including real estate, public and private equities, venture capital. With demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in C-level roles, board memberships, and advisory positions, providing strategic oversight and governance. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, investment committee reporting, and negotiation of key commercial agreements including hotel operator and head lease contracts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Formulate and implement investment strategies across JCDC multi-asset portfolios including real estate assets, and alternative investments.
Oversee the performance of multi-billion SAR real estate portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment objectives, risk appetite, and market dynamics.
Optimize asset allocation models and rebalance portfolios to maximize returns while mitigating downside risk.
Lead the development of complex financial models and feasibility studies for large-scale real estate assets, including residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, and healthcare projects.
Structure real estate investment vehicles and funds, incorporating sensitivity analysis, return thresholds, and waterfall cash flow mechanics.
Evaluate highest and best-use scenarios in collaboration with technical consultants to unlock asset value.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-value investment opportunities, conducting detailed due diligence and scenario modeling.
Prepare investment memorandum, teasers, and presentation materials for internal investment committees, developers, and capital partners.
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements including hotel operator agreements, lease arrangements, and letters of intent.
Liaise with executive leadership, legal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of investment objectives and alignment with broader organizational strategy.
Manage relationships with the shareholder, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to support investment execution and compliance.
Facilitate internal alignment with development, finance, and legal functions to finalize scopes, deliverables, and investment frameworks.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial tools for scenario planning, revenue forecasting, and performance benchmarking.
Support the asset management function for a dynamic real estate portfolio, enhancing financial performance through strategic interventions and operational improvements.
Support the establishment and standardization of financial reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and risk assessment frameworks to inform decision-making.
Support the AM function providing active oversight of capital expenditure, leasing strategies, and asset repositioning efforts.

What Required Skills / Qualifications You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s in finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, RICS) preferred.
Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Finance, Investment, or Real Estate is strongly preferred
Minimum 20 years in investment management, real estate development, and asset management with a strong track record in overseeing large-scale, multi-asset portfolios in KSA.
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, feasibility analysis, and proficiency in tools like Argus and/or Estate Master.
Deep understanding of capital structuring, risk mitigation, portfolio optimization, and investment strategy.
Proven executive leadership and governance experience, including board-level advisory roles.
Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with high integrity and sound judgment.
