About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents using Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems, with a focus on ACONEX.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures using ACONEX and other EDM systems
- Ensure all project documents are properly coded, filed, and easily retrievable
- Coordinate the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control
- Generate regular reports on document status and distribution
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices
- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and ACONEX usage
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian document control standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to streamline document management processes
- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
What do we need from you
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven 5 Years experience with Electronic Document Management systems, particularly ACONEX
- Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) processes and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Certification in document control or information management is a plus
- Understanding of construction project management processes and terminology
