- Manage and maintain all company documents and records (both electronic and hard copy).
- Control the flow, distribution, and filing of documents such as drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondences.
- Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and up to date.
- Support project and engineering teams by providing required documents in a timely manner.
- Implement company policies and quality standards for document control.
- Prepare regular reports on document status (received, issued, under review).
- Maintain confidentiality and secure access to documents.
- Use Document Management Systems (DMS) and ensure proper archiving.
