About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Document Controller to support our team by managing project documentation efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling technical and administrative documents, especially in construction or interior design environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and archive all project-related documents (drawings, submittals, contracts, correspondence, etc.).
- Ensure all documentation meets company and project-specific standards.
- Track document versions and ensure timely distribution of updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure access to sensitive project files.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to collect, issue, and record documents.
- Support the project team in maintaining compliance with quality and document control procedures.
- Prepare reports and logs as needed for tracking document status and deadlines.
