This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth document management and supporting internal processes with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain all company documents and records.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and secure storage of physical and digital documents.
- Control the flow of documents within the company to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain document databases and tracking systems.
- Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Distribute relevant documents to departments and staff as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and official correspondences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
