Your responsibilities
- Expansion of the Sales and After-Sales Service division for Earthmoving Machines and Mining Products in Saudi Arabia
- Support of existing customers, authorities, and business partners, as well as acquisition of new clients
- Conducting market and competitor analysis
- Handling inquiries, preparing offers, and managing contract negotiations through to conclusion
- Strategic support for customer financing through the establishment of leasing partners
- Technical and disciplinary leadership and coordination of the sales and customer service team, as well as administrative staff
- Responsibility for the training and development of customer service and administrative personnel
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or engineering
- Experience in capital goods sales
- Strong command of Arabic and English is required; German language skills are an advantage
- At least five years of leadership experience is preferred
- Experience in managing both sales and service teams is considered an asset
- High level of commitment, self-reliant, motivating and results-oriented work style
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Intercultural competence and international work experience are a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in MS Office applications
