Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Technical Services - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our innovative team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing all MEP technical services related to the groundbreaking developments at Qiddiya, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and Management of MEP Services
o Provide strategic oversight and direction for the MEP technical services team.
o Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
o Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.
• Operational Excellence
o Oversee the daily MEP operations across all facilities, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability.
o Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs specific to MEP services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety
o Ensure all MEP operations comply with local and international health and safety regulations.
o Implement rigorous inspection and maintenance protocols to prevent system failures.
• Budget Management
o Develop, manage, and optimize budgets associated with MEP services, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
o Use financial analytics to support decision-making and resource allocation for MEP projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with other departments to align MEP services with overall project goals.
o Establish effective partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• Technical Innovation
o Stay abreast of the latest technologies and innovations in MEP systems; recommend and implement improvements.
• Risk Management
o Identify and mitigate potential operational risks within MEP frameworks to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements
• - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP services management within large-scale projects or the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing diverse and skilled teams.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP services.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to devise innovative solutions in complex settings.
• Exceptional communication skills; experience in stakeholder management is crucial.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for project management and engineering design.
