Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories to deliver maximum value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Introduce and uphold Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with engineering and delivery teams.
- Coach and support teams in Agile principles, promoting a strong Agile mindset and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and ensure alignment with product goals and delivery timelines.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and velocity.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the team.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital or Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and digital product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
