Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Purpose
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics, with an understanding of regulatory considerations in financial marketing.
Key Accountabilities / Key Activities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing) aligned with business goals.
2. Content Development & Brand Awareness
- Create and oversee engaging, compliant content tailored for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to financial advertising guidelines.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyse analytics, and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
4. Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Implement targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads, nurture client relationships, and enhance customer retention.
5. Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and compliance departments to ensure all marketing activities meet regulatory and brand standards.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills
- SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and social media advertising
- Email marketing and automation.
- CRM integration and lead nurturing workflows
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Content marketing and copywriting for financial products
- Paid social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Marketing funnel design and retargeting strategies
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, social insights)
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Education / Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
· Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint) preferred
Experience
· Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the financial services industry
· Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns in a regulated sector
