Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, email, etc.).
- Optimize websites for SEO and manage paid search (SEM) to improve visibility on search engines.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive interaction and growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and provide detailed reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budgets, and return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of digital consumer behavior and user experience optimization.
