Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of residential projects from initial concept through planning, design, and construction.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Engage with stakeholders, including community representatives, governmental agencies, and investors to foster supportive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices throughout the development process.
- Mentor and support the development team, promoting professional growth and best practices in project management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in residential development for a developer.
- Demonstrated ability to manage residential projects from concept through completion successfully.
- Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and residential design standards.
