We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Principal to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Principal in ensuring excellence in educational practices, student welfare, behavior management, and pastoral care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep commitment to student development, and a collaborative approach to engage effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in implementing the school’s vision and promoting educational excellence to achieve high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Oversee student welfare and behavior management, collaborating with the Student Guidance Department to professionally resolve student issues.
- Work with academic supervisors and the development team to enhance curriculum offerings, support staff development, and meet the diverse academic and vocational needs of students, including those with special educational requirements.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support staff performance to ensure effective teaching and learning practices through mentoring and professional development initiatives.
- Manage operational aspects of the school including staff scheduling, attendance, resources allocation, and crisis management.
- Strengthen partnerships with parents and the community to enhance school culture and contribute to positive educational outcomes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master’s degree, NPQH) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in educational settings, particularly within international schools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage school operations, and implement initiatives aimed at improving student and staff performance.
- Strong knowledge of student welfare, safeguarding practices, and behavior management strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in staff development, performance assessments, and implementing professional learning opportunities.
