- Coordinate and consolidate stakeholder inputs for regular presentations and status reports.
- Monitor and follow-up streams and task progress against target dates and provide timely status updates.
- Record and draft clear meeting minutes with actionable items and follow-ups.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance xPgM processes, templates, and tools.
- Manage and log all incoming and outgoing correspondences and deliverables.
- Maintain structured shared folders with version control and standardized templates.
- Ensure documentation meets standards and is readily available.
- Support accessible archives and records.
- Identify and implement improvements in document control and administrative practices.
