Must-Have:
- 4+ years of contract management experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, with solid negotiation and review skills.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with contract terms and coordinate with stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is an advantage.
