Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Co-op Trainee Operation/ Business Development - Saudi National to join our team!

In this role, you will join a leading professional Business Development team working on multiple proposals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn and Help the company in the operation daily tasks and responsibilities

• increase sales through lead generation, marketing and other corporate strategies.

• Learn and assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Learn and Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and initiatives.
• Learn and Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.
• Learn and assist in Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.
• Support in Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interaction.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
