CHEF (Empanada)
Ensures cooking stations are cleaned, sanitized and prepped with necessary tools/utensils.
Manages dough mixing, proofing, shaping and baking to meet quality and quantity requirements.
Prepares varieties of Empanada as per recipe standards.
Trains other kitchen team members in the preparation process so all Empanadas are in standard and uniformity.
Checks quality of Empanada before they’re served to customers.
Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
Prepare and bake Empanadas with consistency and authenticity.
Ensures all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing and prepared to high standards.
Maintains a clean, hygienic and organized kitchen space in line with food safety regulations.
Works collaboratively with the team on menu development and product innovation.
Monitors inventory levels, manages ingredients and communicate restocking needs

Experience:
- Empanada baking: 2 years (Preferred)
- baking Empanada operations: 2 years (Required)
