Job Summary:
At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Cast Manager – Live Entertainment is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of live shows, street acts, and entertainment experiences across the park. This role ensures entertainment offerings are executed with excellence, guest engagement is high, and operational teams are trained, safe, and aligned with show standards. The manager works closely with performers, technical crews, and creative leads to deliver world-class entertainment while maintaining scheduling, quality, and safety.

Job Specific:
- Responsible for the full logistical and welfare oversight of the cast including being the day-to-day immediate contact for communication, scheduling, rehearsal coordination, transportation, accommodation and overall performer support and well-being
- Assist the Entertainment & Events team with the execution of onboarding and offboarding new artists
- Create, compile, and distribute information and welcome packets to all cast members upon arrival, including information about local businesses, events, and recommendations for performer daily needs
- Assist in daily execution of Entertainment offerings, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficiency
- Assist Entertainment & Events team in the creation and implementation of the performers’ daily and weekly schedule, ensuring maximum coverage and prioritizing minimal down time
- Manage cast members’ needs during operational duty, including preparation for performances and maintaining approved schedule
- Communicate with Entertainment Duty Manager regarding any concerns with performers, including being the main point of communication for artist sick leave and executing any schedule adjustments as a result
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to take on multiple roles if required and be open to changes of schedule and work hours
- Adapt to performing in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments, and Operational Documentation for the Entertainment department.
- Ensure performers maintain the highest level of professionalism both on and off stage, adhering to park values, punctuality, and collaborative working attitudes.
- Foster a positive and professional environment for performers, ensuring they understand and support the park’s entertainment objectives.
- Remain prepared for any emergency that may arise, employing strong problem-solving skills to navigate situations and resolve issues quickly
- Assist in other tasks as required by the Entertainment & Events department to ensure the successful operation of daily activities and special events.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts or a related field.
Experience:
0–3 years in live entertainment, performing arts, events, or theme park operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity preferred.
Skills:
Entertainment Operations – Understands show flow, timing, backstage management, and guest interaction.
Team Leadership – Able to motivate, coach, and manage performance teams (cast, crew, hosts).
Show Quality Control – Ensures consistency and adherence to creative direction.
Scheduling & Rostering – Manages daily/weekly show rosters and cast rotations.
