What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling transportation services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Accurately input and update information in our system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
