About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, business-savvy MBA intern with strong communication skills in Arabic and a deep understanding of the Saudi market. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or current MBA student to work closely with founders and directly contribute to business growth initiatives.
The role is ideal for someone who is confident in engaging with clients in Arabic, understands local business culture, and is eager to gain experience in business development, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients and business partners in the Saudi market
- Conduct market research with a focus on local trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Develop outreach strategies and support in building client relationships
- Prepare bilingual marketing materials, pitch decks, and proposals
- Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual), present services, and follow up professionally
- Assist in planning and executing localized marketing campaigns
- Track performance metrics and support CRM pipeline management
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA student or recent graduate (Marketing, Strategy, Business Development focus preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Saudi business norms and comfortable interacting with local stakeholders
- Energetic, self-driven, and proactive with a growth mindset
- Previous internship or freelance experience in marketing, sales, or BD is a plus
- Based in Riyadh or willing to be present during the internship period
