Our company is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who will be responsible for the following:
1. overall performance of the facility management business development, marketing, and profitability
2. assist the management to achieve company goals and objectives towards growth and to improve brand image
3. assist facility management operations to improve productivity, bring desired changes in the mainstream, enhance customer relationship, and establish service levels in new sites in coordination with the corporate department heads
4. develop positive relationships with clients, local management and vendors

3. has minimum five (5) years experience in facility/ property management, customer service, marketing or any related field

5. proficient in computer applications and software such as MS Office
