We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our corporate sales activities and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and developing tailored strategies that align with our goals. Candidates with prior sales experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-scale B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of construction project cycles, procurement processes, and client requirements in the industry.
- Build a pipeline of construction-related projects by proactively approaching main contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
- Lead client interactions, including meetings, solution presentations, and contract negotiations to secure business deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, project teams) to ensure smooth execution of client solutions.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, exhibitions, and client visits to enhance business visibility and market position.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10–12 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Saudi Nationals (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer relationship management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales approaches.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Saudi Driving License.
