Business Development Consultant - Remote - Saudi Arabia - Commission Based
Rapid Labs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Consultant with a strong understanding of the Saudi market and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development and client engagement particularly in pitching tech and AI services such as AI automation, custom software development, and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients and strategic partners in the Saudi market
- Effectively pitch and promote AI and technology services to potential clients in Arabic and English
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
- Conduct market research on trends, competition, and customer needs specific to the local market
- Develop and present customized proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Lead client meetings, deliver impactful demos, and manage the sales lifecycle
- Support the execution of localized marketing and business outreach campaigns
- Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline status and business growth opportunities
- Provide strategic feedback to leadership to inform service positioning and market strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- Proven business development experience in AI ML, software development, or digital solutions to clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Saudi business norms and local market dynamics
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools, sales platforms, and presentation tools
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
