- aster’s degree in a related field (preferred). C
- BCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or equivalent. C
- ISA, CISSP, CFE (highly desirable). 5
- years in BCM, disaster recovery, and risk management. P
- roven experience in developing and managing BCPs and DRPs. E
- xperience with regulatory compliance (SAMA, GDPR, AML/KYC).
- esign, develop, and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs) tailored to the organization's needs. C
- onduct regular risk assessments, business impact analysis (BIAs), and continuity capability evaluations. E
- nsure all BCM activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA, GDPR, AML/KYC). M
- aintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. C
- ollaborate with the risk management team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. I
- ntegrate BCM activities with the organization's overall risk management framework. P
- rovide insights and recommendations to improve risk management strategies. M
- onitor and report on risk management and BCM activities to senior management and relevant stakeholders. D
- evelop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on BCM processes and procedures. C
- onduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of BCPs and DRPs. L
- ead the response to business disruptions, coordinating recovery efforts and managing communication with stakeholders. P
- erform post-incident reviews and apply lessons learned to improve BCM processes. C
- ollaborate with senior management, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for BCM initiatives. R
- eport regularly to the BCM committee, senior management, and the board of directors on the status of BCM activities. C
- ontinuously review and improve BCM processes and plans to enhance organizational resilience. S
