Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to end users in Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and build reports & dashboards using Power BI and Application Report Designer.
- Ensure business processes comply with financial and operational standards.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption.
- Manage configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and HCM applications.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications.
- Support system integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration) to connect enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure applications meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong background in ERP, CRM, and HCM systems (both functional and technical).
- Solid financial knowledge to support accounting and reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL.
- Understanding of application integrations, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Focus ERP, Centra HCM, and Centra CRM.
- Knowledge of process automation, workflow tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise security standards and data governance.
- Ability to manage both functional business discussions and technical system improvements.
