We are recruiting a Bids Executive to join the team in our Riyadh office. You will have responsibility for managing the production of bids for our Saudi Arabia office. You will work closely with the Bids Manager based in Dubai and local Bid Partners leading the opportunities, advising on bid best practice at all stages. You will co-ordinate the firm during the process and have project management and creative oversight to deliver the bid on time. 

 

Our standard working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Sunday to Thursday, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

We typically hold two interview stages per vacancy providing the opportunity to meet two members of the hiring team at each stage. The first stage is typically conducted virtually and the second stage typically in person at the office in which the role would be based. However, we strive to remain flexible depending on the requirements of the role or the candidate.
