We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Manager - Facility Management. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation and management of our facilities, ensuring that all services and operations meet high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure peak performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in developing and executing sustainability initiatives within the facilities.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to facility operations and project updates.
- Supervise and mentor junior facility management staff.
- Plan and execute emergency preparedness and response drills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in facility management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
