Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the development of an entertainment, cultural, and sports destination in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an Assistant Manager - Assets Infrastructure Delivery. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure assets vital to the overall vision of Qiddiya.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to manage and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your expertise will support the operational readiness and sustainability of assets through meticulous planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure delivery projects from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure assets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project performance and resolve any challenges.
- Support the development and management of project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and specifications are met.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery or asset management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
