SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Area Sales Manager - Projects, you will be responsible to manage Decorative Project sales activities and promote mainly Decorative products in central area by applying Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to target projects in order to achieve sales targets, gross margin. The position is also responsible for timely payment collection, review DSO- Days Sales Outstanding, and customer satisfactions targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.
This position based at Riyadh and reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Decorative Central.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the project market mapping and expansion in territory by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in order to increase Jotun market share.
Work closely with internal stakeholders by having consistent updates and clear understanding in order to meet customer needs and smooth workflow.
Visit existing and new customers, contractors and consultants with the team at project sites to follow up on projects, analyse monthly sales, assist in supply or apply issues, resolve concerns affecting bottom-line, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and follow up on team objectives status, sales targets, collections, DSO- Days Sales Outstanding, etc.
Organise, develop, motivate and lead Project Sales teams by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, following-up and monitoring each team member in line with The Penguin Spirit, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team through (KIT – Key issue Talks and yPOD – yearly talk on Performance, Objectives and Development)

We are looking for:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.
5 years of relevant experience in Project Sales and Business Development.
Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
