Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee sales, distribution, and operations across multiple outlets within the riyadh/jeddah region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food & beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across the assigned region, including supervisors, pre-sellers, and merchandisers.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Implement effective route-to-market strategies for retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Oversee cooler and asset management, product availability, and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution, identify issues, and support team members.
- Analyze regional sales reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments for operational alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi retail/FMCG landscape, particularly in Jeddah and Western Region.
- Proficient in sales forecasting, team leadership, and trade marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
