Job Title: Administrative Officer

A leading confidential company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support, ensure efficient office operations, and coordinate internal processes across departments. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Support departmental functions with documentation, reporting, and logistics coordination.
- Handle internal and external communication in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for administrative and HR-related matters.
- Assist in procurement requests, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodations for staff and executives.
- Ensure timely renewal and tracking of licenses, contracts, and service agreements.
- Act as a liaison with government relations and facility management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support management in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
