Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor and reconcile financial discrepancies, providing solutions where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's or CPA designation is a plus.
