Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and strategic value.
- Schedule and lead regular client meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring their needs and goals are clearly understood and communicated internally.
2. Strategic Account Growth:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services that align with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to create and present proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and strategic account plans.
- Keep clients informed of industry trends, new marketing technologies, and new opportunities to grow their business.
3. Project & Campaign Coordination:
- Effectively translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our internal teams (e.g., creative, SEO, SEM, social media, content).
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure all projects and campaigns are executed flawlessly—on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insightful reports to clients that demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
- Act as a quality control checkpoint, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and agency standards.
4. Financial & Administrative Duties:
- Manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are profitable and within the agreed-upon financial scope.
- Oversee client billing, invoicing, and contract renewals in collaboration with the finance department.
- Track key account metrics, including client retention, satisfaction scores, and account profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [2-4] years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills English & Arabic, with a talent for building rapport and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide proactive, value-added solutions to clients.
