Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced and driven Account Executive to join us. This role is designed for a Saudi national with strong client management capabilities, proven sales acumen, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities. The position offers a hybrid work model with occasional travel based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Support sales process, including client presentations, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and prepare accurate sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy
- Participate in internal sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Saudi Nationality is required for this role
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales automation tools and digital sales workflows
- Background in the technology or software industry
- Ability to analyse sales metrics and provide performance insights
