Responsibilities
- Manage the allocation of Employees across our ongoing and future projects ensuring optimal utilization and skill-to-project matching.
- Maintain visibility of short-term and long-term resource availability across the firm.
- Monitor utilization rates, forecast demand, and proactively identify capacity constraints or over-allocation risks.
- Facilitate regular resourcing meetings with leadership to review staffing priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure that resource allocation decisions support both client delivery excellence and individual career development goals.
- Track and report on key workforce metrics (utilization, bench time, forecast accuracy) to support business performance and strategic planning.
- Maintain an updated skills inventory for all consulting staff to enable effective deployment.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to highlight future resource gaps and align hiring plans accordingly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of resourcing processes, tools, and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Strong background in workforce planning, operations, or project resourcing.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and strategic mindset.
