Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Aircraft Exterior and Interior Trainer to deliver specialized training in Aircraft Cabin cleaning and related ground operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations, Ramp operations, and hands-on experience in airport or ground operations. Previous experience in delivering training sessions is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions (36 hours total) on aircraft cleaning and ground operations.
- Provide guidance on GACA standards and ramp procedures.
- Ensure trainees gain a thorough understanding of best practices in aircraft cleaning and handling.
- Use effective teaching methods and interactive learning techniques to engage trainees.
- Assess participant progress and provide feedback as needed.
- Adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and professional backgrounds.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- IATA / GACA Certified.
- Proven experience in airport ground operations, preferably in aircraft cleaning.
- Strong understanding of GACA regulations and ramp operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (fluency required).
- Experience in training delivery (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and train a diverse group of participants.
