You will play a key role in proposal preparation, client engagement, and business support, working closely with sales and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for pipeline and industrial projects
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather information for proposals
- Track inquiries, bids, and deadlines using CRM or Excel tools
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and offer documentation support
- Help draft pricing summaries and follow up on pending offers
- Research market trends and assist in organizing sales strategies or client meetings
- Maintain organized records of proposals, tenders, and project documents
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical proposals, sales coordination, or project support in pipeline, industrial, or oil & gas companies
- Familiarity with project documents, technical offers, or bid packages
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet proposal deadlines
- Open to working in a structured and diverse work environment
