Job Brief
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Enhance the overall experience of customers with Marketplace platform before the
implementation of new services though the following:
o Detailed profiles of different customer segments, including demographics, behaviors,
needs, and preferences.
o Analysis of customer feedback collected through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
o Reports highlighting key themes, trends, and areas for improvement based on customer
feedback.
o Actionable plans for addressing identified issues and enhancing various aspects of the
customer experience.
o Definitions and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer
experience, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and
Customer Effort Score (CES).
o Design of new or improved service experiences, including prototypes or pilot programs.
o Strategies and programs designed to enhance customer retention and build long-term
loyalty.
o Documentation of best practices and guidelines for delivering exceptional customer
experiences.
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker
- Proven Experience with SAP Hybris
- Proven Experience with SAP s/4 HANA
