JOB OVERVIEW
The role of Site Assistant entails overseeing the administrative, session leadership, operational, and camp planning and management aspects of the Infinite Active & Camps within Infinite Sports LLC. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety, engagement, and satisfaction of participants and their families.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Session Planning and Delivery:
Run engaging multi-activity sessions for children aged 3-12.
Prepare session plans for each term and ensure all resources are readily available
Shop for required resources with approved monthly funds.
2. Administrative and Operational Responsibilities:
Liaise with parents regarding any issues or concerns.
Report incidents to school staff and management.
Attend 1 weekly meeting per week in the office.
Ensure daily attendance marking and check safety of facilities and equipment.
Manage students' health and safety, perform first aid when required, and prioritize safeguarding.
3. Camp Preparation and Management:
Prepare allocated sections of camp planning and attend the office as required.
Request and complete purchase orders, pack, and set up venues prior to camp.
Manage camp admin and part-time staff onsite.
Ensure accurate incident reporting and lead engaging sports and creative sessions for campers.
4. Camp Operational Duties:
Check daily safety of facilities and equipment, manage campers' health and safety, and ensure all onsite plans are followed.
Facilitate smooth pack away and maintain stock counts of resources.
Attend promotional events and report any facility damage to management.
5. Reporting: Active Site Assistant isresponsible to report to Active Site Lead– Infinite Sports LLC/ Absolute Sports LLC.
Key Requirements:
● Minimum high school education or industry related experience
● Fluency in English
● Arabic would be an advantage.

Working Hours: Camp hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm (Monday - Friday, plus set up and pack away over the weekend at the start and end of camp). During School - Hours could be dependent on program schedule with School.
