As a Surgical Equipment Manager , you will be Responsible for establishing and Implementing Equipment Support plan for a designated client base or implementation of a specific program to effectively support the patient journey and properly position Alcon and its brands as technical and scientific Support .
A typical day in this role will include:
Responsible for driving promotion and development in the designated accouDevelop customer centric strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts.
Prepare requred Support for new lounched product , guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account.
Analyze Market Share including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.
Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed Support and tactical plans.
Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon CRM system.
Responsible for establishing and implementing KPI planed for a designated client base.
WE ARE SEEKING:
Education/Background: Optometrist and ophthalmologic background
Experience: With at least 2 – 4 years in medical ophthalmologic devices
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, high level of English fluency with Arabic language
Must be based in Riyadh
Willing to travel 20% - 30 % (Central Region)
Saudi Arabian nationality
