Supply Chain Coordinator

•    Maintain and Monitor all NUPCO and Etimad accounts on daily basis and report all activities related to the company both financial and non-financial as required by management.
•    Prepare and coordinate the shipments of orders with the Warehouse team and suppliers as per the shipment deadlines.
•    Preparation of ASNs, shipment collection and delivery appointments and coordination with stakeholders.
•    Preparation of shipment policies such as Air Waybills as per company guidelines and policies.
•    Submit claiming requests to NUPCO AND Following up on receivables of the company and timely update to Operations and Finance.
•    Oversee and expedite the company’s shipment deliveries to NUPCO warehouses, hospitals and other customers within the assigned Territory.
•    Liaise with Warehouse and Suppliers on all shipment activities related to deadlines, products and quantities as per NUPCO documents.
•    Liaise with third-party logistics vendors to ensure shipment collections and deliveries as per appointments and deadlines on daily basis.
•    Coordinate with finance and operations on all receivables on timely basis.
•    Timely communication and coordination with Health Affairs & Tenders Sr. Manager, Sales team, Warehouse team, and Operations in relation to any updates and communications received through NUPCO, this includes escalation of technical issues and warnings.
•    Support Health Affairs & Tenders Sr. Manager to create SOPs for building an efficient Post sales cycle.

Knowledge  

•    Good working knowledge of NUPCO marketplace order and claiming processes on the online portal.
•    Good working knowledge of Etimad portal order and claiming processes.
•    Basic knowledge in office administration jobs like filing, typing, and spreadsheets etc
 

Education    

•    Diploma Preferred (Or equivalent).


Certifications    

•    Intermediate in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)


Experience   

 •    Minimum of 1 year experience in related fields

  •    Good communication skills bilingual is must.
•    Fulfilment Skills.
•    Computer literate.
•    Administrative skills.
