Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Train, and coach team members to meet performance and service standards
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs, adjusting strategy to drive revenue growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling escalations with professionalism
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare
- Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and safety procedures specific to beauty retail
- Manage stock levels, receive shipments, and oversee inventory audits
- Implement and adapt visual merchandising in line with seasonal promotions and brand direction
- Schedule staff effectively to match peak hours, events, and promotional campaigns
- Partner with marketing to execute in-store events and build community engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in beauty, cosmetics, or related retail
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive retail setting
- Deep understanding of beauty trends, products, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts tactfully
- Familiarity with POS systems, stock management tools, and basic retail analytics
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and seasonal holidays
- Passion for beauty, with a focus on both commercial success and customer care
